Our company continuously strives to advance and expand its capabilities to achieve better and more efficient results. Therefore, at the beginning of 2024, we acquired a new HandySCAN BLACK Elite measuring device for the Quality Department, specifically for the measurement center.
The measurement center staff underwent initial training, where they familiarized themselves with the new device, learned to operate its functions, and create fully-fledged models of scanned parts using the VXelements application. Subsequently, employees received additional training on the PolyWorks software, which is used for evaluation, measurement analysis, and generating final reports.
The new measuring device will primarily be used for:
✅ Evaluating and analyzing non-conformities reported by customers
✅ Approving production for both ongoing and newly developed projects based on customer requirements
✅ Requalification testing
✅ Verification and validation of measuring and clamping fixtures
